Colby Webb

Colby Webb has called Knoxville home since 2013 and is originally from Oneida, Tennessee. He pursued studies in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work at Tennessee Tech University. With 16 years of experience working with youth and families, Colby has served in a variety of youth development, case management, and leadership roles. His professional experience includes youth after-school programming, case management, juvenile emergency placements, and housing assistance programs serving diverse populations.


Colby is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for young people and strengthening the communities and systems that surround them. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, attending concerts, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.

David Lloyd

Dave was raised in Knoxville, TN. He attended the University of Tennessee and earned his bachelor's degree in social work. Then, he returned to the University of Tennessee and obtained his Master's degree in social work. 

Dave is passionate about working with children, as shown through his work advocating for children and their families. He has worked as a case manager, school social worker, and individual therapist. In these roles, he has demonstrated his dedication to the population and his understanding of how trauma, child development, and supportive adult relationships can have a profound impact on a child's life. Dave has utilized his knowledge to advocate for children in the local, state, and federal government. 

In his free time, Dave enjoys running, swimming, and working on home improvement projects. This is in addition to spending time with his two cats and catching up on the latest TV shows.

Jamaiya Luttrell

Jamaiya Luttrell was born and raised in East Tennessee and has lived in Knoxville since 2016. Jamaiya is passionate about celebrating diversity, social justice, and child advocacy. In 2015, Jamaiya earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree from Lincoln Memorial University and has spent the last decade standing with vulnerable populations.

Outside of work, Jamaiya enjoys being a mother to two girls, cooking, crafting, having a good laugh, and soaking up the sunshine.
