Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson is originally from Cleveland, TN, but has lived in Knoxville since 2012. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Tennessee Wesleyan University. Amy has been with CASA of East Tennessee since 2019, first as the communications coordinator and then as a member of the board of directors before accepting the executive director position in 2021.
Amy and her husband, Shane, have three children: Delaney, Charlie, and Carson. In her free time, Amy is a passionate bread baker and avid reader.
Colby Webb

Colby Webb has lived in Knoxville since 2013, but is originally from Oneida, TN. He attended Tennessee Tech University for a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work. He has spent 14 years working with youth and their families in a variety of direct care and leadership roles. This work includes youth after-school programs, case management, juvenile emergency placements, and housing assistance programs for a variety of populations.
In his free time, you can find him traveling, volunteering, or spending time with his fiancé, family/friends, and puppy Winston.
Carrie Hopper

Carrie Hopper is native to Knoxville, TN. After living in various states and abroad, she settled back home in Knoxville in 2024. She majored in Political Science at the University of Tennessee and focused her studies on Comparative Poverty and Development. Carrie has worked with individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over ten years as both a nonprofit professional and as an educator. Through her studies and professional work, Carrie has learned how adverse childhood experiences impact child development. Carrie is excited to combine her teaching background with her passion for advocacy as she trains and supervises our advocates.
In her free time, Carrie enjoys binge-watching a good show, spending time outside, reading, beating her course record on Mario Kart, and spending time with her partner and friends.
David Lloyd

Dave was raised in Knoxville, TN. He attended the University of Tennessee and earned his bachelor's degree in social work. Then, he returned to the University of Tennessee and obtained his Master's degree in social work.
Dave is passionate about working with children, as shown through his work advocating for children and their families. He has worked as a case manager, school social worker, and individual therapist. In these roles, he has demonstrated his dedication to the population and his understanding of how trauma, child development, and supportive adult relationships can have a profound impact on a child's life. Dave has utilized his knowledge to advocate for children in the local, state, and federal government.
In his free time, Dave enjoys running, swimming, and working on home improvement projects. This is in addition to spending time with his two cats and catching up on the latest TV shows.
Jamaiya Luttrell

Jamaiya Luttrell was born and raised in East Tennessee and has lived in Knoxville since 2016. Jamaiya is passionate about celebrating diversity, social justice, and child advocacy. In 2015, Jamaiya earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree from Lincoln Memorial University and has spent the last decade standing with vulnerable populations.
Outside of work, Jamaiya enjoys being a mother to two girls, cooking, crafting, having a good laugh, and soaking up the sunshine.
