Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson is originally from Cleveland, TN but has lived in Knoxville since 2012. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Tennessee Wesleyan University. Amy has been a supporter of CASA for several years, and formerly worked for CASA of East Tennessee as communications coordinator, followed by eight months of service on CASA’s board of directors.

Amy and her husband, Shane, have three children- Delaney, Charlie, and Carson. In her free time, Amy is a passionate bread baker and avid reader.

Lauren Herrmann

Lauren Herrmann grew up in Upstate South Carolina and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast media from North Greenville University. She began her career working as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence. She has since worked in residential facilities for children in both South Carolina and Tennessee. She has held positions in these facilities in direct service, admissions, placement, and human resources.

Lauren moved to Tennessee in 2016 and currently resides in South Knoxville with her husband and their four cats. Lauren enjoys spending time in her garden and playing board games with friends.

Colby Webb

Colby Webb has lived in Knoxville since 2013, but is originally from Oneida, TN. He attended Tennessee Tech University for a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work. He has spent 14 years working with youth, and their families, in a variety of direct care and leadership roles. This work includes youth after school programs, case management, juvenile emergency placements, and housing assistance programs for a variety of populations.
In his free time, you can find him traveling, volunteering, or spending time with his fiancé, family/friends, and puppy Winston.

Hailey Jones

Hailey Jones was born and raised in Ocala, Florida and moved to Knoxville in 2023. She has an Associates Degree in Social Work and is working towards her Bachelor’s in Human Services.

Hailey has always had a strong passion and drive to support children going through traumatic and vulnerable situations. She has shown her dedication through her previous work in child advocacy, group counseling with teen girls who were victims of SA, and an initial shelter program with DCF. 

In her free time, Hailey enjoys taking her Bordernese dog, Bennie, on hikes, spending time with her boyfriend, weekend trips, and home renovation projects.
